Royal LePage Grand Valley Realty is an independently owned and operated company. We are proud of our local roots and ownership.

Royal LePage Grand Valley, Brokerage had its beginning in 1985. The company started out as Yahn Realty and grew very quickly to become the MLS Sales Leader for the Real Estate Board of Cambridge in 1986. In fact, over the past 19 years, the company has established itself among the strongest offices in the region in sales volumes. In 1995, the company joined the Prudential Real Estate network with over 1400 offices across North America and became known as Prudential Yahn Realty.

The company has evolved over the years, ensuring market share and total customer satisfaction. The name had changed to Prudential Grand Valley Realty, and in 1998 the company acquired the former Sutton Group office and expanded into the Kitchener/Waterloo market.

In 2012, the company joined the Royal LePage Real Estate network with nearly 14,000 agents in over 600 locations across Canada. The name has changed to Royal LePage Grand Valley Realty.

The Cambridge office is located at 471 Hespeler Road in the Sarmazian Plaza, next to the Bennett Chev Olds (just north of Bishop Street).

The ability to service all of Waterloo Region has solidified Royal LePage Grand Valley’s commitment to better serve the community’s Real Estate needs.

With over 120 sales representatives, the company philosophies continue to offer good service and working in the best interest of our clients.
 

Business Hours

Our agents can be paged through the office 24 Hours a day. 

However, our regular office hours are:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday:  9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The office is closed on holidays, but if you give the office a call you can still have our agents paged through our paging service.
